Purchases

How do I restore my dragons?

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Use the same Apple Account you bought them with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Progress

Where is my progress saved?

Your coins, characters, extras and challenges are saved on your iPhone or iPad only. If you delete the app, this progress is gone. Purchases come back with Restore purchases, and a world ranking profile linked with Sign in with Apple can be used again.

World rankings

Taking part is optional: tap the crown on the start screen and then Join in. Your player name is generated; you cannot type one. To delete your profile and your online records, open the world rankings and tap Delete profile and records.

Online races

Tap With friends and then Create room. Your friends join with the six-digit room code. Up to four players can race. Everyone needs the latest version of the app; if you see Update in the App Store, update first.

Settings

Music, sound effects, haptics, language and Replay tutorial are in the settings (gear button on the start screen).

iPhone or iPad with iOS 16 or later.

Käufe

Wie bekomme ich meine Drachen zurück?

Öffne den Shop und tippe ganz unten auf Käufe wiederherstellen. Nutze dafür denselben Apple Account, mit dem du gekauft hast.

Wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück?

Alle Zahlungen laufen über Apple. Eine Erstattung beantragst du deshalb bei Apple unter reportaproblem.apple.com.

Spielstand

Wo wird mein Fortschritt gespeichert?

Münzen, Figuren, Extras und Aufgaben werden nur auf deinem iPhone oder iPad gespeichert. Wenn du die App löschst, ist dieser Fortschritt weg. Käufe holst du mit Käufe wiederherstellen zurück, und ein mit Apple verknüpftes Ranglistenprofil kannst du wieder nutzen.

Weltrangliste

Mitmachen ist freiwillig: Tippe im Startbild auf die Krone und dann auf Mitspielen. Dein Spielername wird erzeugt, eintippen kannst du keinen. Dein Profil und deine Online-Rekorde löschst du in der Weltrangliste über Profil und Rekorde löschen.

Online-Rennen

Tippe auf Mit Freunden und dann auf Raum erstellen. Deine Freunde treten mit dem sechsstelligen Raumcode bei. Bis zu vier Spieler fahren gegeneinander. Alle brauchen die aktuelle Version der App; siehst du Im App Store aktualisieren, aktualisiere zuerst.

Musik, Effekte, Haptik, Sprache und Einführung wiederholen findest du in den Einstellungen (Zahnrad im Startbild).
